Citrus Rush
Lemons and oranges like all citrus fruits have a high vitamin C content. Which we already know is great for staving off a cold, and boosting the immune system whilst also reducing inflammation. Oranges are also high in a particular phytonutrient called 'herperidin' which is a flavanone.  It has been shown in studies to reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol. This could be due to the antioxidant properties which prevents free radical oxidation of cholesterol. It is worth noting that the majority of this phytonutrient is found in the peel and inner white pulp not so much the juice.
