Green Smoothie

Here is a smoothie that will pack a punch to your entire body. It has an abundance of nutrients, tastes delicious and will make your friends green with envy.

You are having a natural multivitamin and mineral in this drink, plus complex carbohydrates and fibres - not to mention the easily digested proteins and healthy fats.

#Note: If you are on anticoagulants this drink is NOT for you due to its vitamin K content!

The Low Down:

It is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, deodorising, increases your immunity, detoxifying, and stimulates the growth of gut flora. And did I mention - it can aid in reducing body fat  (only if consumed regularly, clearly - there's no magic wand here); whilst also helping to balance blood glucose levels.

So, what's not to like?!

Try it for an instant and prolonged energy boost. The magnesium content will see you more chilled and calmer (great for when you are stressed out), so take it with you on the go. Who needs coffee when you can go green?

I am giving this one a two thumbs up! Try it and let me know what you think...
